Texas Instruments SN74LV244A/SN74LV244A-Q1 Buffers and Line Drivers are designed for 2V-5.5V VCC operation. The SN74LV244A/SN74LV244A-Q1 devices are designed to improve the performance and density of tri-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented receivers and transmitters. The TI SN74LV244A is arranged as two 4-bit line drivers with independent output enable (OE) inputs. The SN74LV244A-Q1 device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
